AIR-Andalusia to be presented in Granada on March 20

Fundación AI Granada Research & Innovation will host the official presentation of AIR-Andalusia on Friday, March 20, 2026, the European Digital Innovation Hub focused on Artificial Intelligence and Applied Robotics in Andalusia.

The event will take place at the Foundation’s headquarters, located in the UGR AI Building (Avda. del Conocimiento, 37, Granada), and will bring together key representatives from institutions, academia, and the business ecosystem.

A strategic initiative for AI in Andalusia

AIR-Andalusia is a key initiative aimed at accelerating the adoption of advanced technologies among companies—especially SMEs—by providing access to infrastructure, expertise, and specialised services in artificial intelligence and robotics.

This presentation marks the official launch of the project in Granada, reinforcing the city’s role as a leading hub in the AI ecosystem.

The event will be hosted by Roberto Álvarez Ollero, President of the Business Commission of the Foundation.

The event will conclude with an official consortium group photo with authorities, followed by a networking session with a Spanish wine reception, encouraging connections among stakeholders.
